1. Assist the Business Controller in executing two pivotal cost optimization projects for 2024: Food Cost and Labour Cost.
2. Manage recipe analysis, conduct commercial and variance analysis, and oversee stock control procedures related to Food Cost.
3. Support workforce scheduling and KPI monitoring for Labour Cost.
4. Analyze data and KPIs to provide actionable insights.
5. Conduct business analysis related to sales and specific projects to enhance planning and reporting systems.
6. Prepare periodic reports including actuals, rolling forecasts, budgets, and strategic plans.
7. Perform strategic analysis within the retail sector.

1. Bachelor's degree in Economics or a related field.
2. 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.

1. Strong analytical skills with a passion for numbers.
2. Proficiency in digital tools for data processing and consolidation.
3. Excellent problem-solving abilities.
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

1-2 years of experience in a similar financial or business analysis role, preferably within the Food & Beverage industry.

Bachelor's degree in Economics or a related field.
