Responsibilities
- Serve as a brand ambassador, embodying the brand image for customers and the store team.
- Lead and coach the team to prioritize exceptional customer experiences and drive loyalty.
- Manage client database to increase sales and maintain client communication.
- Ensure visual merchandising guidelines are followed to promote the brand image.
- Meet and exceed sales goals, holding self and team accountable for results.
- Analyze reports and develop action plans to meet or exceed expectations.
- Support management in training and developing the store team.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Lead the team through briefings, objective setting, and direct coaching.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales in a luxury, high fashion environment
- Experience in selling ready-to-wear and leather goods
- Fluent level in English; additional languages are an advantage
Skills
- Passion for fashion and sales
- Commitment to achieving and exceeding targets
- Excellent personal presentation
- Understanding of retail KPIs
