Marc Jacobs Store Supervisor

- Serve as a brand ambassador, embodying the Marc Jacobs image and instilling passion for the brand among customers and team members.
- Lead and manage the store team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive loyalty.
- Oversee visual merchandising to reflect the brand's image and enhance customer service standards.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze reports, and develop action plans to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Support and coach Sales Ambassadors in resolving customer service issues and making informed decisions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and loss prevention strategies.
- Facilitate training and development of the store team, including onboarding new employees.
- Conduct morning briefings, set objectives, and provide direct coaching to foster a culture of performance and accountability.
- Manage daily business operations and administrative tasks.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in sales within a luxury, high fashion environment.
- Experience in selling ready-to-wear and leather goods.
- Commitment to achieving and exceeding sales targets while focusing on customer experience.
- Excellent personal presentation as a Marc Jacobs Brand Ambassador.
- Understanding of retail KPIs.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Proficiency in clienteling and customer relationship management.
- Analytical skills for sales and performance monitoring.
- Ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury fashion sales, with a focus on ready-to-wear and leather goods.
