1. Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales within a luxury, high fashion environment.
2. Experience in selling ready-to-wear (RTW) and leather goods (LG).
3. Passion for fashion and sales.
4. Commitment to achieving and exceeding sales targets while focusing on client needs.
5. Excellent personal presentation as a Marc Jacobs Brand Ambassador.
6. Understanding of retail KPIs.
7. Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are an advantage.
