Responsibilities
- Excite and instill passion and pride for the brand.
- Embody the brand image for customers and the store team.
- Lead by example and demonstrate role model behavior.
- Reflect visual merchandising guidelines promoting the brand image.
- Enhance customer service standards in store.
- Welcome all clients and educate them about the brand.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Introduce complementary products and share product knowledge.
- Process sales in a confident and professional manner.
- Gather client CRM details to enlarge client book.
- Drive product knowledge by keeping up to date with fashion trends.
- Ensure all company policies and procedures are followed.
- Support control and management of stock.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales in a luxury, high fashion environment
- Experience in selling RTW / LG
- Passion for fashion and sales
- Commitment to achieving and exceeding targets
- Excellent personal presentation
- Understanding of Retail KPIs
- Fluent level in English; additional languages are an advantage

- Strong understanding of brand DNA
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Strong product knowledge
- Professional sales processing skills
Experience Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
