Marc Jacobs Assistant Store Manager

- Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and sales figures daily to ensure targets are met.
- Establish daily objectives during morning meetings and motivate the team to achieve them.
- Exemplify excellence in sales engagement processes and train staff to build customer loyalty.
- Oversee all administrative operational tasks, including stock management and cashier functions.
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance are consistently met.
- Coordinate rolling inventory checks and annual fiscal inventory.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and provide feedback to Head Office.
- Manage performance by assessing against benchmarks and cultivating a collaborative team environment.
- Coach and develop staff skills and competencies, collaborating with HR as needed.
- Communicate the brand strategy and upcoming events to the team.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial retail role in a store or boutique setting.
- Strong knowledge of fashion and trends, with a passion for Marc Jacobs collections.
- Experience with client outreach and maintaining a client book.
- Fluency in English is essential, with proficiency in a second language preferred.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Outstanding customer service skills and commercial creativity.
- Strong understanding of retail store operations and concepts.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
Minimum of 5 years in a managerial retail role within a store or boutique setting.
