- Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and sales figures daily.
- Establish daily objectives during morning meetings.

- Ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance are consistently met.
- Coordinate rolling inventory checks and annual fiscal inventory.
- Maintain visual merchandising guidelines and standards.
- Set an example regarding presentation standards and personal grooming.
- Communicate feedback on products and visual merchandising to the Head Office.
- Regularly assess performance against specific benchmarks.
- Cultivate a team environment promoting collaboration and initiative.
- Value and reward performance, manage under-performance with feedback.
- Coach in the moment and collaborate with HR for development actions.
- Identify potential succession plans within the retail establishment.
- Communicate brand strategy and upcoming events to the team.
- Address team inquiries about company objectives or strategic direction.
- Encourage awareness of local competitors' activities.
- Fluency in English (essential) and a second language (preferred)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Outstanding sense of customer service
- Sense of initiative and commercial creativity with fashion sensitivity
- Strong understanding of retail store operations and concepts
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial retail role in a store or boutique setting. Experience with client outreach and maintaining a client book is required.
