1. Oversee upstream supply chain operations, ensuring efficient planning and management of outsourced supply chain activities.
2. Develop and manage the Master Production Schedule (MPS) and Long-Term Supply Plan (LTSP) to ensure timely and cost-effective product availability.
3. Lead the industrial activity to balance service and operational profitability.
4. Directly manage strategic subcontractors, including order placement and daily follow-up.
5. Ensure reliable information on product availability dates and challenge stakeholders to improve timelines.
6. Update load/capacity elements, considering new launches and production feasibility constraints.
7. Analyze and manage stock equations, identifying risks and opportunities, and propose action plans.
8. Implement continuous improvement plans for organizational efficiency.
9. Optimize product portfolio to maintain industrial coherence.
10. Develop and manage supplier relationships, formalizing processes and KPIs, and managing flexibility projects.
11. Oversee inventory and destruction processes with subcontractors, aligning with financial strategy and regulations.
12. Ensure accurate MRP settings and contribute to purchasing policy and budget construction.

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent university degree.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain roles such as procurement, scheduling, or production planning, preferably in cosmetics or food sectors.
3. At least 2 years of management experience.

2. Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities.
3. Proficiency in planning and supply chain methods within a complex logistics environment.
4. Advanced computer skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and ERP systems (AX preferred).
5. Fluent in English; proficiency in Italian is a plus.
6. Result-oriented with a strong focus on continuous improvement.

Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent university degree.
