Make Up For Ever Supply Chain Planning and Production Manager

- Lead a team of 4 planners and 2 flow managers, ensuring optimal product availability based on sales forecasts and supplier constraints.
- Conduct activity management meetings and manage communications with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Implement and optimize planning and supply processes to control stock levels and associated costs.
- Oversee industrial activity to balance service and operational profitability, managing key performance indicators (KPIs) such as OTIF and stock levels.
- Ensure reliable information on product availability and challenge stakeholders to improve timing.
- Identify risks and opportunities, proposing and implementing action plans.
- Manage stock and supply updates, including production feasibility and portfolio optimization.
- Develop and maintain strategic supplier relationships, managing orders and daily follow-ups.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure effective MRP parameter settings.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business School, or equivalent university degree (Bac +5).
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in production management, ideally in cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, fashion, or food industries.
- Proficiency in English, both oral and written; Italian and CPIM Part 1 certification are advantageous.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Proficiency in IT tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI) and ERP systems.
- Expertise in planning and supply chain methods within a complex logistics environment.
A minimum of 10 years in production management, preferably in cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, fashion, or food industries.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business School, or equivalent university degree (Bac +5).
Position based in Gennevilliers with occasional travel to the headquarters in Levallois-Perret. Offers a hybrid working mode.
