1. Serve as the primary HR partner for teams, advising and supporting managers in team organization, performance management, skill development, and individual case management.
2. Provide daily HR guidance and support to managers on all HR-related matters.
3. Assist managers in navigating significant changes, transforming roles, and evolving organizational structures while maintaining collective engagement.
4. Support the transformation of the company by promoting new work methods and organizational agility.
5. Lead recruitment efforts for expert and creative profiles, including drafting job postings, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the integration process.
6. Facilitate tailored onboarding programs to ensure new employee engagement and commitment.
7. Monitor key recruitment metrics and propose action plans to address challenges.
8. Coordinate annual HR processes, including performance reviews, salary reviews, talent identification, and succession planning.
9. Identify training needs and manage skill development plans in alignment with strategic goals.
10. Support internal mobility and career progression by assisting employees in adapting to new roles and challenges.
11. Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and HR procedures.
12. Manage sensitive individual cases, such as disputes and contract terminations, in collaboration with social partners if necessary.
13. Provide consolidated HR reporting on workforce, recruitment, turnover, etc.
14. Actively participate in global HR projects, focusing on diversity, inclusion, and employee engagement.
15. Propose improvements to enhance employee experience, talent attraction, and retention.
16. Contribute to the prevention of psychosocial risks and promote a supportive, stimulating, and inclusive work environment.
17. Support internal communication on transformation projects to ensure understanding and successful implementation.
18. Lead or support HR transformation projects, including process digitalization, managerial practice evolution, and deployment of new collaborative tools.

1. Advanced degree in Human Resources or Social Law (Master's level).
2. Proven experience in a generalist HR role within transforming environments.
3. Successful experience in change management.
