Make Up For Ever Business Development Manager

- Develop and implement the operational and commercial marketing strategy for the Asia region, aligning with the brand's global strategy while integrating local market specifics.

- Coordinate multiple product launches annually, serving as project lead for finance, purchasing, and marketing.
- Conduct constant competitor and consumer behavior analysis in the markets.
- Manage and mentor an International Business Development Project Manager and an intern.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of five years of experience in operational marketing within a subsidiary, preferably in the cosmetics sector and internationally.
- Strong leadership and excellent interpersonal skills for effective operation in a multicultural environment.
- Proven ability to work transversally with international teams and headquarters, including senior management.
- Proficiency in Excel and a strong aptitude for data analysis to guide decision-making.
- Comprehensive understanding of customer journeys and key online and offline marketing activation levers.
- Curiosity and openness to foreign cultures, with a keen interest in the Asia region.
- Genuine interest in makeup brands.
- Fluency in English is essential.
A minimum of five years in operational marketing, ideally within the cosmetics sector and with international exposure.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
