1. Achieve commercial objectives through effective team organization.

3. Supervise the team alongside the Store Manager, providing feedback to enhance the quality of the customer experience.
4. Contribute to commercial performance improvement, sales and stock analysis, product rotation, and restocking supervision.
5. Exhibit leadership by delivering exceptional personalized customer service and developing clientele through CRM initiatives.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the premium or luxury sector, and at least 1 year of team management experience.

3. Fluency in French and English.
