Maison Margiela Sample Coordinator

- Oversee the daily flow of product samples, including receipt, loans, and shipments.
- Monitor sample production, anticipating and resolving delays impacting events, photoshoots, or launches.
- Coordinate priorities with Press Relations, logistics, and the Trade Marketing Manager.
- Fulfill sample needs for various departments such as E-commerce, Public Relations, Marketing, and Studio.
- Act as the operational contact between headquarters and regional teams for all sample requests.
- Alert relevant parties to critical issues affecting product availability or launch dates.
- Ensure seamless transitions between teams.
- Maintain impeccable sample stock management using internal tools.
- Analyze and recommend new tools or software as necessary.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency in systems, particularly for Finance and Management Control teams.
- Structure interdepartmental processes from conception.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in line with luxury standards.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations, supply chain, production coordination, showroom, or retail logistics (experience in luxury or fashion is highly appreciated).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Recognized for rigor, attention to detail, and responsiveness.
- Proficient in Excel.
- Fluent in English and French; Italian is a plus.

A minimum of 2 years in operations, supply chain, production coordination, showroom, or retail logistics, preferably within the luxury or fashion sector.
