1. Design and deliver training programs (both in-person and digital) for all collections and new categories.
2. Utilize product expertise to inspire teams and promote training during launches and seasonal collections.
3. Conduct training on the Selling Ceremony and sales techniques to enhance retail performance and KPIs in line with Maison priorities.
4. Monitor and assess the impact of training to ensure team progression aligned with strategy and learning pathways.
5. Coordinate pre- and post-training activities with Learning teams and collaborate with central and regional teams to evaluate and improve programs.
6. Support team development and serve as the training reference for product teams in collaboration with European merchandising.
7. Plan store visits to analyze and observe training impact, and organize all programs via a training calendar aligned with the Learning strategy.

1. Bachelor's degree in Commerce or related field, with at least 5 years of experience as a Retail Trainer, ideally in an international context.

2. Mastery of sales techniques and strong understanding of KPIs.
3. Proficiency with digital tools.
4. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities.
5. Fluency in English and French; Italian is a plus.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Retail Trainer role, preferably with international exposure.

Bachelor's degree in Commerce or related field.
