Maison Margiela Retail Allocator and Outlet Planner
Maison Margiela, a Paris-based fashion house, was established in 1988 by Belgian designer Martin Margiela. - Optimize the allocation and replenishment of Maison Margiela and MM6 collections across the European retail network, including full-price boutiques and three outlets.
- Ensure optimal product availability to maximize sales and store productivity while maintaining strict stock and margin control.
- Define and implement in-store product placement plans, considering depth, timing, and prioritization in line with assortments and operational constraints.
- Plan and manage weekly replenishment for the retail network's permanent collection.
- Serve as the key contact for replenishment management between the central planning team and customer service in Italy.
- Analyze sales, performance, and stock levels by store, category, and geographic area, and co-develop action plans with Retail Merchandising teams.
- Plan and monitor stock flows related to store openings, renovations, or closures.
- Oversee the specific management of the brand's three European outlets, including biannual assortment creation based on sales data and stock availability analysis.
- Manage dedicated allocation, stock flow optimization, performance tracking, and margin objectives for outlets.
- Coordinate and monitor physical merchandise flows in collaboration with Supply Chain teams.
- Handle quarterly fragrance license orders, maintaining close relationships with key account managers and customer service in Italy.
- Communicate marketing plans and new product information to Retail teams.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in supply chain, logistics, management, or commerce.
- Minimum of one year of experience in a similar role within a retail environment, preferably in luxury or premium sectors.
- Proficiency in Excel for analysis, dashboards, and reporting.
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage priorities.
- Fluency in English.

Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, management, or commerce.
