1. Provide a warm welcome and personalized service to clients, ensuring an exceptional shopping experience.
2. Identify client needs and present suitable products to drive sales and achieve individual and store sales targets.
3. Build and maintain strong client relationships, fostering brand loyalty and encouraging repeat business.
4. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, brand history, and current collections to effectively communicate key features and benefits to clients.
5. Support the upkeep of visual merchandising standards to ensure the store reflects the brand’s image.
6. Collaborate with team members to contribute to the store’s overall success and smooth operation.
7. Assist with inventory management tasks, ensuring products are properly stocked and presented.
8. Uphold company policies, procedures, and grooming standards to maintain a professional and luxurious store environment.

1. Experience as a Client Advisor, ideally within the luxury industry with a focus on ready-to-wear fashion.
2. Fluency in English and Italian.
