1. Assist in managing daily store operations and ensure high standards of customer service.
2. Drive sales performance and ensure sales targets are met.
3. Provide training to employees and ensure an exceptional shopping experience.
4. Assist with stock management and inventory control.
5. Ensure visual merchandising aligns with Margiela standards.
6. Report strengths and development areas of store personnel to management.
7. Minimize stock loss by implementing control policies and procedures.
8. Maintain compliance with company policies and ensure a safe working environment.

1. 2+ years of experience in a client-driven environment in a lead sales or supervisory role.
2. Proven leadership skills.

A minimum of 2 years in a client-driven environment with experience in a lead sales or supervisory role. Experience in luxury or high-end, client-based environments is preferred.

4-year degree or equivalent combination of work and experience preferred.

Salary Range: $80k-$83k CAD
