1. Serve as an ambassador for the Maison, delivering a unique and personalized customer experience.

3. Contribute to the commercial performance of the store by driving sales and meeting targets set by the commercial management.
4. Maintain operational excellence by ensuring the store's presentation aligns with merchandising guidelines and optimal stock organization.

1. Commercial training with experience in luxury retail or niche perfumery.
2. Strong commercial acumen and a passion for challenges.
3. Recognized for outstanding interpersonal skills and impeccable service orientation.

1. Fluency in French and English with proficiency in another foreign language as a plus.
2. Expertise in storytelling and conversational skills.
3. Dynamic, proactive, and motivated with a sunny disposition.

Minimum of 3 years in retail sales, preferably within the luxury or niche perfumery sector.

Commercial training or equivalent experience.
