- Implement the e-commerce commercial animation plan on a weekly basis.
- Ensure alignment of a 360° strategy with various teams such as Media, CRM, and Studio.
- Manage the provision of assets (texts, visuals) from briefing to implementation on the website.
- Configure promotions, offers, and promotional content in Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Maxxing.
- Validate and implement local adaptations of animations in subsidiaries (US, UK).
- Oversee product launches, ensuring adherence to the Marketing calendar.
- Coordinate the acquisition of necessary elements for product page creation.
- Control translations and their validation by subsidiaries.
- Develop a taxonomy and product categorization strategy for the website.
- Enhance product catalog efficiency through continuous filter improvements and optimal page placement.
- Identify on-site search improvement opportunities and implement cross-sell and upsell strategies.
- Ensure catalog compliance with new legal and pricing regulations.
- Manage stock levels, anticipate shortages, and update the catalog accordingly.
- Develop and implement sampling strategies.
- Collaborate with the warehouse to ensure timely order preparation and dispatch.
- Continuously improve order preparation guidelines.
- Evaluate performance and create weekly reports related to animation plans and product launches.
- Conduct site audits to ensure content compliance and correct online presentation.
- Engage in active market and competitor monitoring to integrate best practices and anticipate trends.
- Propose optimizations based on data analysis and competitive insights.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in commerce, digital, marketing, or equivalent.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in a similar e-commerce role, preferably in luxury, beauty, or fashion sectors.
- Excellent digital culture and aesthetic sensitivity.
- Proficiency in CMS tools (Salesforce Commerce Cloud) and web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Clarity, Power BI).
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
