1. Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the Area Sales Manager.
2. Lead and coach a team of Luxury Brand Ambassadors to deliver exceptional customer service.
3. Maintain awareness of new product launches and promotional activities.
4. Ensure consistent and high-quality service standards in line with Maison Francis Kurkdjian's guidelines.
5. Manage team development, daily operations, and ensure adherence to grooming and merchandising standards.
6. Oversee stock management and administrative tasks related to sales and account management.
7. Foster professional relationships with stakeholders, including host store management and LVMH Head Office.
8. Participate in talent acquisition and employee performance evaluations.

1. Minimum of 3 years of retail sales management experience, preferably within luxury brands.

1. Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
4. Creative problem-solving abilities.
5. Proactive attitude and flexibility in approach.
