1. Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the Area Manager.
2. Lead and coach a team of Luxury Brand Ambassadors to deliver exceptional customer service.
3. Maintain awareness of new product launches and promotional activities.
4. Ensure team participation in relevant training courses for consistent service delivery.
5. Manage stock replenishment and ensure immaculate merchandising.
6. Conduct sales analysis and manage administrative tasks related to account management.
7. Establish professional relationships with stakeholders, including store management and LVMH Head Office.
8. Identify and interview candidates for team vacancies, collaborating with the Area Sales Manager on hiring processes.

1. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in retail or luxury sales.
2. Proven leadership capabilities and team management experience.
