- Proficiency in IT governance and strategic initiative management.
- Experience with Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and network infrastructure.
- Vendor management and contract negotiation skills.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Japanese.
- Ability to communicate complex information effectively.
- Understanding of IT security principles.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in technical infrastructure management, with a proven track record in delivering infrastructure projects in international settings.
