1. Develop and maintain a comprehensive roadmap for global and local technical initiatives.
2. Drive IT transformation, ensuring standardization and alignment with headquarters guidelines.
3. Foster continuous improvement in IT processes and user experience.
4. Oversee system and network infrastructure, including maintenance and lifecycle management of servers and network components.
5. Lead local store-related projects such as openings, renovations, and closures in collaboration with stakeholders.
6. Manage vendor relationships to ensure optimal service delivery and cost-effectiveness.
7. Collaborate with IT Operations and Business Solutions teams to ensure seamless IT service integration.
8. Document and maintain knowledge of local specifications in collaboration with headquarters.

1. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in technical infrastructure management.

1. Strong leadership and team management skills.
2. Proficiency in IT governance and strategic initiative management.
3. Experience with Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and network infrastructure.
4. Vendor management and contract negotiation skills.
5. Bilingual proficiency in English and Japanese.
6. Ability to communicate complex information effectively.
7. Understanding of IT security principles.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in technical infrastructure management, with a proven track record in delivering infrastructure projects in international settings.
