1. Oversee compliance with company and store procedures, ensuring all team members are trained and adhere to security policies and protocols.
2. Monitor and audit operational standards, including cash office, product handling, client ceremonies, shipping, receiving, and administration.
3. Implement and manage alarm systems, access control systems, and CCTV, ensuring all security equipment is operational.
4. Lead and train a team of security guards, managing schedules and monitoring expenses.
5. Report incidents of theft, loss, or suspicious behavior to store management, corporate teams, and law enforcement.
6. Educate staff on emergency preparedness and physical security measures, leading store safety culture and compliance.
7. Investigate security threats and breaches, preparing detailed reports for management.
8. Support in-store and out-of-store PR/Marketing and HJ events with security operations.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in asset protection or a related field.
2. Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and train a team effectively.
