LVMH Senior Finance & Accounting Manager

1. Supervise and mentor a team of 16 skilled accountants, including 3 managers/assistant managers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
2. Lead the preparation and analysis of accurate and timely financial statements in collaboration with the controlling team.
3. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements through effective communication with regulatory offices.
4. Oversee the month-end and year-end closing processes, coordinating with various departments to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
5. Continuously review and enhance accounting processes for efficiency and effectiveness, designing and driving the implementation of systems improvements.
6. Develop and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets, collaborating with the Internal Control department.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2. CPA certification or experience in an audit firm is required.
3. Minimum 10 years of proven experience in a senior accounting role, preferably in a foreign company.

4. Fluency in both English and Japanese.
