LVMH Retail Training Manager - High End Jewellery & Timepieces

- Collaborate with the Retail Training Director to define and implement training plans for retail teams in anticipation of new High Jewellery and Timepieces collections.
- Develop training tools to enhance the presentation and understanding of existing collections.
- Design innovative training materials using various formats including print, video, digital, and experiential methods.
- Work closely with marketing, styling teams, and external partners to develop training tools.
- Update existing training materials based on field feedback and product developments.
- Distribute newly developed training tools to trainers ahead of launches and maintain regular communication to address their needs.
- Deploy training programs, which may require travel to different regions.
- Establish KPIs to assess the impact of training initiatives.
- Oversee the digitalization and publication of training tools on the mobile learning application.
- Update and manage the mobile training application database.
- Develop and engage a community around High Jewellery and Timepieces on the internal social network.
- Collaborate with the digital team and contribute to cross-functional projects within Dior Academy.
- Support sales teams during High Jewellery and Timepieces events.
- Experience in luxury retail sales and/or training.
- Minimum of 6 to 8 years of professional experience.
- Strong affinity for the luxury sector and a passion for horology and jewellery.
- Meticulous, structured, and concise approach.
- Pedagogical and creative mindset.
- Excellent writing skills and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal communication and persuasive abilities.
- Good interpersonal skills and a team-oriented spirit.
- Master's degree or equivalent (BAC +5).
- Proficiency in English.
- Strong command of PowerPoint and digital tools; knowledge of Photoshop or Teach on Mars is advantageous.
