1. Manage repair requests for jewelry brands, including data entry, inspection, and shipping.
2. Handle telephone and email inquiries related to jewelry and watch products, online purchases, and repair services.
3. Serve as the internal contact point for after-sales service inquiries.
4. Address customer complaints from end users, directly managed stores, and wholesale clients.

1. Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience.
2. Experience in handling jewelry or luxury watches, with a preference for jewelry inspection and GG certification.
3. Proficiency in English for reading and writing.
4. Customer service experience, especially in luxury consumer goods, including jewelry and watches.
5. Thorough understanding of compliance and the ability to adhere to rules.

1. Advanced PC skills, particularly in Excel.
2. Touch-typing ability for efficient screen operation while on calls.
3. Flexibility in handling irregular cases.
4. Experience with delicate and sensitive products.

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in administration, customer service, or luxury goods handling.
