1. Manage repair requests for jewelry brands, including data entry, inspection, and shipping.
2. Handle telephone and email inquiries regarding product information, online purchases, and repair-related questions.
3. Serve as the internal and external contact point for after-sales service inquiries.
4. Address customer complaints from end users, directly managed stores, and wholesale clients.

1. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.

1. Proficient administrative and processing skills with advanced PC capabilities, particularly in Excel.
2. Ability to touch-type while managing phone inquiries.
3. Experience in handling jewelry or luxury watches, with a preference for those with jewelry inspection experience and GG certification.
4. Proficiency in English reading and writing.
5. Customer service experience, especially in luxury consumer goods, including jewelry and watches.
6. Comprehensive understanding of compliance and adherence to rules.
7. Familiarity with careful work involving precision machinery or jewelry.

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
