- Manage repair requests for jewelry brands, including data entry, inspection, and shipping.
- Handle telephone and email inquiries regarding product information, online purchases, and repair-related questions.
- Serve as the internal and external contact point for after-sales service inquiries.
- Address customer complaints from end users, directly managed stores, and wholesale clients.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Proficient administrative and processing skills with advanced PC capabilities, particularly in Excel.
- Ability to touch-type while managing phone inquiries.
- Experience in handling jewelry or luxury watches, with a preference for those with jewelry inspection experience and GG certification.
- Proficiency in English reading and writing.
- Customer service experience, especially in luxury consumer goods, including jewelry and watches.
- Comprehensive understanding of compliance and adherence to rules.
- Familiarity with careful work involving precision machinery or jewelry.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
