- Lead the Customer Service division within the CSL organization, ensuring alignment with brand strategies.
- Develop and execute strategic plans for quality and productivity improvements.
- Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and performance reports.
- Establish and maintain effective communication and partnerships with brand representatives.
- Coach, guide, and motivate Customer Service personnel, setting objectives and evaluating performance.
- Oversee Customer Support Center operations to ensure high service levels.
- Ensure After Sales Service quality and speed are industry-leading.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in Project Management, Factory Management, or People Management.
- Professional experience in the luxury business sector, preferably with international exposure.
- Comprehensive understanding of Repair, Customer Service, and Manufacturing processes.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop actionable improvement plans.
- Proficiency in project management, budgeting, and multi-tasking under tight deadlines.
- Leadership capabilities in large-scale organizational settings.
- Exceptional team-building and people management skills.
- Effective presentation skills in both Japanese and English.
Minimum 10 years of experience in Project Management, Factory Management, or People Management, with a preference for international and luxury industry exposure.
