1. Act as a Brand Ambassador, delivering an exceptional and memorable experience to customers.
2. Contribute to achieving store sales targets and profit objectives.
3. Manage the sales process from welcome to packaging, ensuring a unique shopping experience.
4. Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge on collections, selling techniques, and brand stories.
5. Provide personalized client service, embodying Italian hospitality.
6. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, engaging new customers.
7. Register client data for CRM purposes and perform CRM activities as directed.
8. Communicate opportunities for community relationship development and brand awareness events.
9. Apply sales-related procedures and guidelines, ensuring compliance with security, fiscal, and legal standards.
10. Maintain cleanliness and visual merchandising standards in the store.
11. Perform after-sales service activities, ensuring customer satisfaction.

1. Experience in a luxury retail environment preferred
2. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
3. Ability to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
