LVMH Business Planning & Control Manager

- Develop and lead the forecasting and budgeting process for P&L, Cash Flow, and Balance Sheet, ensuring adherence to targets and deadlines.
- Provide strategic advice on cost savings and margin improvement.
- Support periodic managerial and statutory closings, reporting monthly results to headquarters and local management.
- Conduct detailed analysis of Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow, explaining discrepancies versus budget and forecast.
- Lead annual stock take and analyze margins, including after-sales activities.
- Monitor stock levels and compliance with legal, security, and administrative requirements.
- Review procurement tool POs for compliance and budget adherence, and manage user maintenance for procurement and workflow tools.
- Assist in setting internal control processes.
- Prepare Capex for store openings/renovations and monitor associated costs.
- Develop business follow-up and enhance performance analysis across various dimensions, including volumes, prices, margins, and advertising expenses.
- Initiate and automate reports to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in financial planning & analysis, general accounting, or auditing within a multinational organization.
- Experience in a complex environment with multiple legal entities and brands preferred.
- Overseas work experience is advantageous.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
- Strong analytical and planning skills, including proficiency in Excel.
- Team building and people management skills.
- Excellent presentation skills in both Japanese and English.
6-10 years in financial planning & analysis, general accounting, or auditing, preferably in a multinational organization or consulting firm.
