- Maximize sell-out opportunities by ensuring optimal stock levels across all channels, including Boutiques, Franchises, E-commerce, and Central.
- Manage quota timepieces supply to ensure rapid sell-out and optimal Sell Out/Sell In (SO/SI) ratios.
- Oversee backorder allocations and fulfill stock availability requests from Area Managers and Boutique Managers for special orders.
- Coordinate stock transfers between markets and special orders to HQ, including follow-up.
- Handle periodic internal/staff sales and identify opportunities to enhance demand planning processes.
- Comply with HQ Anaplan demand planning process and attend demand/supply planning meetings.
- Prepare product order forecasts in Anaplan according to brand guidelines and customer demands.
- Submit monthly product forecasts for local and export markets and challenge demand planning against actual supply.
- Track forecast accuracy, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance forecasting processes.
- Assist the Business Planning & Analysis Supervisor with on-time and accurate reporting, budgeting, and analysis.
- Support local cross-departmental projects on distribution strategy and cooperate closely with the Swiss Head Office on transversal sales operations projects.
- Assist the Finance & Operations Manager and General Manager in preparing ad-hoc financial presentations and projects.
- Bachelor's degree or above with several years of experience in business analysis.
- Experience in stakeholder management and implementing performance improvement initiatives.
- Proficiency in analyzing data, identifying trends, and developing forecasts.
- Experience with forecasting software and tools.
- Knowledge of statistical modeling and its application in demand forecasting.
- High proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of SAP is advantageous.
- Experience in the wholesale and retail industry is beneficial.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
Bachelor's degree or higher.
