1. Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
2. Identify and cultivate relationships with High Net Worth Individuals (HNWI) and track related sales metrics.
3. Monitor and enhance sales team performance through strategic interventions.
4. Lead sales efforts on the floor, engaging with clients and organizing events.
5. Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to capitalize on sales opportunities.
6. Ensure Visual Merchandising aligns with brand vision and critical control points.
7. Train sales team in CRM tools to enhance repeat business and adjust strategies based on insights.
8. Direct and inspire the sales team to achieve KPIs and improve client relations.
9. Provide regular feedback to the sales team focusing on client experience and service excellence.
10. Collaborate with HR to support career growth and prepare the sales team for future roles.

1. Minimum of 5 years in a similar role, preferably in luxury retail.
2. Experience in High Jewelry and Watches sales is advantageous.
3. Proven strategic agility and leadership capabilities.
4. Track record of achieving exceptional business results.
5. Strong managerial background with a focus on team development.
6. In-depth understanding of the local retail market and client development.
7. Proficiency in merchandising techniques.
8. Familiarity with retail software such as Beanstore, Salesforce, and SAP.
9. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
