LVMH Accounts Receivable and Treasury Manager

1. Ensure accurate and timely IFRS financial reporting for sales and treasury, adhering to LVMH group accounting policies.
2. Oversee reconciliation processes for accounts receivables and cash, and manage credit limits and overdue collections.
3. Coordinate with brand teams for contracts with payment companies and manage sales process improvements.
4. Ensure internal controls are in place for sales, accounts receivables, and cash management.
5. Develop and supervise team members, and participate in the hiring process for temporary staff and employees.

1. Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or Accounting.
2. Japanese CPA or Tax Accountant certification is advantageous.
3. Proven experience as an Accounts Receivable Manager or Supervisor.

1. Managerial skills with experience in supervising small teams.
2. Proficiency in IFRS and experience with SAP is beneficial.
3. Strong analytical, planning, and multitasking abilities.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Proficiency in English and Japanese at a business level.

Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, with a track record in implementing projects and managing accounts receivable.

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or Accounting.
