1. Ensure accurate and timely IFRS financial reporting for sales and treasury, adhering to LVMH group accounting policies.
2. Oversee reconciliation processes for account receivables and cash, while managing credit limits and overdue collections.
3. Coordinate with brands on contracts with payment companies and oversee the implementation of new sales processes and systems.
4. Maintain and enhance internal controls for sales, account receivables, and cash, ensuring compliance with internal rules.
5. Develop and supervise team members, participating in the hiring process for temporary staff and employees.

1. Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or Accounting.
2. Japanese CPA or Tax Accountant qualification is advantageous.
3. Proven experience as an Accounts Receivable Manager or Supervisor.

1. Strong understanding of IFRS and experience in project implementation.
2. Managerial skills with experience in leading small teams.
3. Proficiency in SAP is a plus.
4. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines effectively.
5. Excellent analytical, planning, and communication skills.
6. Fluency in English and Japanese at a business level.

A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required.

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or Accounting.
