LVMH Accounting Intern

LVMH, a prestigious conglomerate encompassing 75 renowned houses across six sectors, includes the German subsidiary LVMH Watch & Jewelry Central Europe GmbH. This division represents esteemed Swiss watch brands such as TAG Heuer, Hublot, and Zenith. With approximately 160 employees across Germany, the Netherlands, and Austria, the company's headquarters are situated in Oberursel, near Frankfurt am Main.

1. Assist in accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice verification and SAP entry.
2. Support the creation and review of payment runs in SAP.
3. Conduct intercompany reconciliations with sister companies.
4. Record customer payment receipts and manage customer dunning processes.
5. Generate direct debits in SAP for customer bank collections.
6. Coordinate interface reconciliations for outbound invoices to SAP.
7. Participate in general ledger tasks, including provision calculations and monthly closing entries.
8. Perform account and balance sheet analyses.
9. Address monthly error lists for intra-community declarations.

1. Currently enrolled in a business administration program with a focus on accounting or a related field.
2. Preferably some internship experience in a similar role.
3. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; SAP knowledge is advantageous.
4. Fluency in German and proficiency in English.
