LVMH Visitor Host (Intern)

1. Welcome and direct visitors with confirmed reservations to scheduled experiences at the Veuve Clicquot Visitor Centre.
2. Provide clear information about available offerings including guided tours, Café Clicquot and the boutique.
3. Ensure a polished, courteous front-of-house service at all times, maintaining a consistently warm and professional demeanour.
4. Manage payments and cash handling procedures accurately and in accordance with brand protocols.
5. Advise visitors on local services and logistics such as restaurants and transport connections.
6. Participate in opening and closing the point of sale, set up and clean the space according to operational procedures.

1. Fluent French and good command of English.
2. Strong customer-service orientation with a welcoming manner and genuine interest in hospitality.
3. Good organisational skills and ability to follow operational procedures for opening/closing and cash handling.
4. Proficiency with Pack Office (Microsoft Office suite).
5. Energetic, attentive, team-oriented and service-minded; comfortable working in a guest-facing role.
