LVMH Vineyard Development Project Manager

- Coordinate vineyard development projects, ensuring alignment with sustainable viticulture practices.
- Conduct technical and bibliographic research, proposing study themes and drafting experimental protocols.
- Collaborate with internal departments such as Oenology, Supply, and Research & Innovation, as well as external partners like Comité Champagne.
- Maintain relationships with external suppliers, manage invoicing, and explore new supplier opportunities.
- Deploy and monitor development projects on-site, providing technical training to vineyard workers.
- Analyze data, draft experimental reports, and share findings with teams.
- Support harvest operations, including maturation monitoring and laboratory coordination.
- Manage the technical harvest team, including administrative preparation and assistant training.
- Participate in audit processes, ensuring compliance with certification requirements and conducting internal and cross-vineyard audits.
- Bachelor's or higher degree in Viticulture or Oenology.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in viticulture.
- Proficiency in GIS tools and statistical software (R, JMP).
- Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work autonomously with a high degree of rigor.
- Innovative mindset with a passion for life sciences.
A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in viticulture is required.
Bachelor's degree or higher in Viticulture or Oenology.
