- Lead business development for the Ginza Flagship Store by creating and nurturing client relationships.
- Develop and execute the Store Commercial Action Plan to drive client engagement and sales.
- Motivate the sales team to consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Assess local market opportunities to implement effective sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to develop client strategies and enhance business opportunities.
- Organize strategic events to elevate the client experience both in-store and externally.
- Develop networking activities to strengthen the store team's connections.
- Partner with regional and corporate teams to ensure store success and communicate key business opportunities.
- Delegate boutique projects and manage store operations to optimize controllable costs.
- Recruit, develop, and manage a diverse and high-performing team.
- Foster an inclusive environment and implement development plans for team members.
- Strategize outreach and partnerships to enhance prestige sales within the store.
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field is preferred.
- 5+ years of management experience in a free-standing store, preferably with a team of over 50 staff or annual sales exceeding 5 billion JPY.
- 3-5 years of experience in the luxury sector, with a background in jewelry and watches being advantageous.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and interpersonal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and client tracking systems.
- Fluency in Japanese and English.
5+ years of management experience in a free-standing store, preferably with a team of over 50 staff or annual sales exceeding 5 billion JPY. 3-5 years of experience in the luxury sector, with a background in jewelry and watches being advantageous.
Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field is preferred.
