- Lead business development by fostering and nurturing client relationships through all interactions.
- Develop and implement the Store Commercial Action Plan to drive client engagement.
- Inspire the sales team to achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Analyze local market opportunities to devise a proactive sales strategy.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to formulate effective client strategies.
- Organize strategic events to enhance client experiences both in-store and externally.
- Develop networking activities for the store team.
- Embody and promote LVMH Values, fostering an entrepreneurial and innovative culture.
- Collaborate with regional and corporate partners to ensure store success.
- Communicate and monitor individual and team KPIs with the retail leadership team.
- Coordinate with Corporate Departments to communicate key messages and business needs.
- Delegate boutique projects to the leadership team and ensure operational fluidity.
- Optimize store controllable operating expenses through monitoring and analysis.
- Recruit, elevate, and manage a diverse and inclusive team.
- Develop talent through robust development plans and performance management.
- Strategize outreach to the local prestige market and cultivate partnerships.
- Plan and implement events to boost prestige sales.
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field is advantageous.
- Strong leadership and analytical skills.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and client tracking systems.
- Ability to work retail hours, including weekends, and travel as needed.
- Fluency in Japanese and English at a business level.
A minimum of 5 years in management of a free-standing store, preferably with over 50 staff or 5 billion JPY in annual sales, and 3-5 years in the luxury sector, with a preference for jewelry and watches.
Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field is a plus.
