Treasury Project Manager

1. Manage projects related to the implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of the FIS - TRAX bank communication platform for APAC LVMH entities.
2. Establish effective project presentation plans upon introduction and implementation.
3. Collaborate and liaise regularly with Project Team members, Group entities, and Banking to ensure all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
4. Report immediately to the APAC Treasury Solutions Manager on issues identified, supported by a Status Report.
5. Develop user manuals and training materials.
6. Define and identify areas of improvement and development, and be aware of emerging solution needs and enhancement opportunities.
7. Support as a key contact point for TRAX related queries and maintenance matters from LVMH APAC entities.

1. Engineering, Business school, or University graduate
2. First experience in Accounting, Finance, or Business-related discipline

3. Supportive as a team player

Beginner level experience, with exposure in the banking industry or multinational organization being advantageous. Prior experience should demonstrate a good understanding of accounting concepts, systems, and payment processes.
