1. Participate actively in the management and monitoring of technology projects, including data collection, KPI analysis, and documentation management.
2. Assist in backlog management and utilize project management tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
3. Support technical understanding and innovation through technological watch and identification of emerging technologies.
4. Engage in testing and validation phases of projects.
5. Organize meetings, prepare minutes, and facilitate communication with teams and stakeholders.
6. Propose process improvements and enhance communication supports to improve user experience.

1. Currently enrolled in an engineering school with a focus on computer science, networks, security, or a related field.

1. Interest in project management and Agile methodologies.
2. Strong technical knowledge.
3. Proficiency in office tools (Microsoft Office Suite).
4. Familiarity with project management tools (JIRA, Confluence) is an asset.
5. Knowledge of ITSM tools (ServiceNow) is a plus.
6. Excellent analytical and synthesis skills.
7. Proactive, curious, autonomous, and a team player.
8. Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
9. Interest in technology, cybersecurity, and user experience.

Entry-level position, suitable for beginners.

Enrollment in an engineering program related to computer science or a similar field.
