- Participate actively in the management and monitoring of technology projects, including data collection, KPI analysis, and documentation management.
- Assist in backlog management and utilize project management tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
- Support technical understanding and innovation through technological watch and identification of emerging technologies.
- Engage in testing and validation phases of projects.
- Organize meetings, prepare minutes, and facilitate communication with teams and stakeholders.
- Propose process improvements and enhance communication supports to improve user experience.
- Currently enrolled in an engineering school with a focus on computer science, networks, security, or a related field.
- Interest in project management and Agile methodologies.
- Strong technical knowledge.
- Proficiency in office tools (Microsoft Office Suite).
- Familiarity with project management tools (JIRA, Confluence) is an asset.
- Knowledge of ITSM tools (ServiceNow) is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and synthesis skills.
- Proactive, curious, autonomous, and a team player.
- Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
- Interest in technology, cybersecurity, and user experience.
Entry-level position, suitable for beginners.
Enrollment in an engineering program related to computer science or a similar field.
