LVMH Tax Specialist

1. Provide tax advisory and assistance for French holding companies and peripheral operational entities, both domestically and internationally.
2. Prepare and participate in discussions with the French tax authorities during audits and manage tax litigation.
3. Advise on daily tax matters for French holdings, real estate, and peripheral operational entities, including direct and indirect taxation.
4. Monitor the application of management fee policies and executive remuneration.
5. Assist various group departments, particularly legal and real estate.
6. Participate in the validation of closing operations and review of financial statements for French holding subsidiaries.

1. University degree in law and/or business school (equivalent to a Master's degree), specializing in tax law.
2. Minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience in a Big 4 firm or within the tax department of an international group.
3. Proficient in French and international taxation.

Master's degree in law or business with a specialization in tax law.
