LVMH Tax Specialist

1. Participate in tax advisory and assistance for French holding companies and peripheral operational companies, both domestically and internationally.
2. Prepare and engage in discussions with the French tax authorities during audits and interactions with the DGE and the Business Partnership Service, and manage tax litigation.
3. Provide daily tax advice and assistance on direct and indirect taxation for French holdings, real estate companies, and peripheral operational companies such as hospitality and foundations.
4. Monitor the application of management fees policies and executive remuneration.
5. Assist various group departments, including legal and real estate.
6. Participate in the validation of closing operations and review of financial statements for French holding subsidiaries.

1. University degree in law or business school (equivalent to Bac +5 minimum), specializing in tax law.
2. Minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience in a Big 4 firm or within the tax department of an international group.

1. Fluency in English.
2. Meticulous attention to detail and responsiveness.
3. Strong sense of teamwork and excellent interpersonal skills for daily collaboration and interaction with team members.
