LVMH Talent Management and Acquisition Manager

- Develop and implement a cohesive strategy to attract high-quality candidates.
- Continuously meet and assess market talent for pipeline building.
- Oversee recruitment efforts and systems, including job postings and tracking of open positions.
- Collaborate with Division/Maison HRs to enhance talent sourcing and placement.
- Maintain strong partnerships with external agency partners.
- Lead employer branding initiatives for students and early career talent in partnership with universities and academic institutions.
- Plan and deliver seminars, workshops, and company presentations to engage future talents.
- Ensure consistent employer branding across all channels.
- Support promotion mobilities within the Group to accelerate individual development and career progression.
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient HR operations, including HR system support and data gathering.
- Participate in ad-hoc HR projects responding to business needs or emerging opportunities.
- Proven success in talent acquisition.
- In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques.
- Japanese and English proficiency, including formal writing and reading in both languages.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to adapt usage of databases and systems related to talent management and acquisition.
- Capability to build constructive work relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Sharp prioritization and execution skills in a multi-tasking environment.
- Proficiency in PC usage, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition.
