1. Manage end-to-end recruitment campaigns for interns and apprentices, including integration and ongoing engagement activities.
2. Oversee recruitment and HR processes for International Volunteers in Enterprise (VIE).
3. Coordinate temporary staffing in collaboration with internal teams and staffing agencies.
4. Contribute to the recruitment of junior profiles with up to 5 years of experience.
5. Supervise an apprentice and oversee a Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) consultant.

1. Master's degree from a business school, university, or equivalent.
2. Minimum of 4 years of successful recruitment experience, ideally in internships, apprenticeships, and VIE.

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
3. Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
4. Keen attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.

A minimum of 5 years in talent acquisition, with a focus on early career recruitment.

Master's degree in a relevant field.
