- Manage candidate applications and talent pools.
- Organize and conduct both telephonic and in-person interviews.

- Ensure a high-quality recruitment process and optimal candidate experience.
- Oversee integration and engagement of the intern and apprentice community.
- Monitor the intern and apprentice population throughout their tenure.
- Plan and conduct integration seminars for interns and apprentices.
- Organize internal events to foster community engagement.
- Analyze and track key recruitment and population metrics.
- Currently enrolled in a business, engineering, or equivalent university program, ideally with a specialization in Human Resources.
- Interest in Recruitment, Talent Management, and HR Project Management.
- Proactive, adaptable, meticulous, and organized.
- Exhibits curiosity, diplomacy, relational intelligence, and active listening.
- Possesses analytical and writing skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Beginner level experience in recruitment or HR-related roles is preferred.
Currently pursuing a degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
