1. Serve as the primary contact for recruitment-related inquiries for interns and apprentices.
2. Participate in launching recruitment campaigns for interns and apprentices.
3. Gather recruitment needs from operational teams.
4. Ensure accurate information dissemination to administrative teams.
5. Maintain data integrity within recruitment records.
6. Update recruitment tracking reports based on progress.
7. Manage candidate applications and talent pools.
8. Organize and conduct both telephonic and in-person interviews.
9. Present candidates to hiring managers.
10. Provide feedback to candidates.
11. Ensure a high-quality recruitment process and optimal candidate experience.
12. Oversee integration and engagement of the intern and apprentice community.
13. Monitor the intern and apprentice population throughout their tenure.
14. Plan and conduct integration seminars for interns and apprentices.
15. Organize internal events to foster community engagement.
16. Analyze and track key recruitment and population metrics.

1. Currently enrolled in a business, engineering, or equivalent university program, ideally with a specialization in Human Resources.

1. Interest in Recruitment, Talent Management, and HR Project Management.
2. Proactive, adaptable, meticulous, and organized.
3. Exhibits curiosity, diplomacy, relational intelligence, and active listening.
4. Possesses analytical and writing skills.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Beginner level experience in recruitment or HR-related roles is preferred.

Currently pursuing a degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
