LVMH Supply Chain Private Customer Service Intern

- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling order intake and providing expert advice.
- Develop and communicate commercial offers, including product listing and pricing, in collaboration with relevant departments.
- Ensure premium service delivery by managing product availability and coordinating delivery conditions.
- Listen to and address the needs of private clients within the company's capabilities.
- Create and manage private client accounts.
- Process orders for champagne, wines, spirits, and promotional items.
- Coordinate product availability and supply planning.
- Monitor delivery flows and manage invoicing.
- Handle disputes and customer complaints.
- Manage payments and follow up on accounting matters.
- Collaborate and support team members within the private client division.
- Manage joint offers and communicate insights to the customer service coordinator.
- Currently enrolled in a business school with a focus on logistics or international trade.
- Proficiency in English.
- Strong listening and empathy skills.
- Team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to react swiftly and adapt to various tasks.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Priority management skills.
- Familiarity with ERP systems.
No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.
Currently pursuing a degree in business with a specialization in logistics or international trade.
