LVMH Supply Chain Internship

- Contribute to achieving MHCS objectives by ensuring high-quality customer service for both external and internal clients.
- Ensure order availability in requested quantities and timelines, coordinating with Supply Chain, Logistics, and Planning teams.
- Manage operational disruptions such as delays, returns, stock shortages, and order modifications.
- Provide daily support to the Customer Service team.
- Participate in report creation and analysis of process inefficiencies.
- Assist in continuous improvement of Customer Service and Supply Chain processes.
- Support Customer Service Managers in operational actions and cross-functional projects.
- Currently pursuing at least a Bachelor's degree in International Business or a related field from a university or Business School.
- Autonomy and analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI)
- Fluency in English; a third language is advantageous
- Understanding of SAP/APO is a plus
- Customer service orientation
- Initiative-taking and responsiveness
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
Entry-level; suitable for students or recent graduates.
Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in International Business or related field.
