1. Contribute to achieving MHCS objectives by ensuring high-quality customer service for both external and internal clients.
2. Ensure order availability in requested quantities and timelines, coordinating with Supply Chain, Logistics, and Planning teams.
3. Manage operational disruptions such as delays, returns, stock shortages, and order modifications.
4. Provide daily support to the Customer Service team.
5. Participate in report creation and analysis of process inefficiencies.
6. Assist in continuous improvement of Customer Service and Supply Chain processes.
7. Support Customer Service Managers in operational actions and cross-functional projects.

1. Currently pursuing at least a Bachelor's degree in International Business or a related field from a university or Business School.

1. Autonomy and analytical skills
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI)
4. Fluency in English; a third language is advantageous
5. Understanding of SAP/APO is a plus
6. Customer service orientation
7. Initiative-taking and responsiveness
8. Ability to maintain confidentiality

Entry-level; suitable for students or recent graduates.

Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in International Business or related field.
