1. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, managing order intake and providing expert advice.
2. Develop and communicate commercial offers, coordinating with sales and vineyard departments on pricing and product listings.
3. Ensure premium service delivery by managing product availability and coordinating delivery conditions.
4. Listen to and address private customer needs within the company's capabilities.
5. Create and manage private customer accounts.
6. Process orders for champagne, wines, spirits, and promotional items.
7. Ensure product availability through supply planning coordination.
8. Monitor order flow from dispatch to delivery and invoicing.
9. Handle disputes and customer complaints.
10. Manage payment processes and accounting follow-ups.
11. Collaborate with the private customer service team for mutual support.
12. Coordinate shared offers and report feedback to the customer service coordinator.

1. Currently enrolled in a business school with a focus on logistics or international trade.
