1. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling order intake and providing expert advice.
2. Develop and communicate commercial offers, including product listings and pricing, in collaboration with relevant departments.
3. Deliver premium service through proactive management of wine availability and delivery conditions.
4. Listen to and address the needs of private clients within the scope of company capabilities.
5. Create and manage private client accounts.
6. Process orders for champagne, wines, spirits, and promotional items.
7. Ensure product availability through supply planning coordination.
8. Monitor order flow from dispatch to delivery and invoicing.
9. Handle disputes and customer complaints efficiently.
10. Manage payments and accounting follow-ups.
11. Collaborate within the private client service team to support shared goals.
12. Coordinate joint offers and relay information to the customer service coordinator.
