1. Implement and apply the subsidiary financing policy, including formalizing guidelines, providing support to Maisons, and coordinating processes.
2. Manage and establish intragroup financing and cash pooling contracts, including monitoring current account limits and proposing restructurings.
3. Optimize and structure financing, offering recommendations on financing dossiers and supporting M&A restructuring efforts.
4. Analyze financial discrepancies in Maison cash flow, monitor JV treasury situations, and maintain a database of best practices and procedures.
5. The scope and responsibilities of the role may evolve based on the needs of the Treasury Center.

1. Specialized education in finance.
2. Strong experience in intragroup financing in an international environment or banking finance.
3. Proficiency in contractual aspects of financial operations and a deep understanding of financial structuring and transaction balance.
4. Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in international finance or banking.

Specialized education in finance.
