LVMH Subsidiary Financing Treasurer

1. Implement and apply the subsidiary financing policy, including formalizing guidelines and providing support to Houses.
2. Manage and establish intragroup financing and cash pooling contracts.
3. Monitor current account limits and propose restructuring when necessary.
4. Recommend financing solutions for Houses and support M&A restructuring.
5. Propose and monitor actions for 'cash trap' situations.
6. Analyze cash flow discrepancies and monitor JV treasury situations.
7. Ensure compliance with fiscal and regulatory constraints.
8. Maintain an information base of best practices, templates, and procedures for Houses.

1. Degree in finance or a related field.
2. Strong experience in intragroup financing in an international environment or banking finance.
3. Proficiency in contractual aspects of financial operations, from drafting to interpretation.
4. Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
5. Initial managerial experience.

Minimum 5 years of experience in a related field.
